The PES6J team did really big efforts in the old forum to try to solve this multiaccount situation and ban everybody that was getting rid of it.

Now the system to detect a Multiaccount is much better than before. Through a news before I adviced that it would not be allowed (but anybody reads), I promised it would be punished (but anybody reads), should we care about the people that have got banned now when they do not care about our wishes?

Why Multiaccounts are forbidden?

1. A player can cheat with total control, deco magic or other ways, even insult other players and got banned for that. After that he can create another account and go on cheating and insulting. Is it fair to let him have another account?
2. Somebody decides to participate in the tournaments, so he create several accounts for having the chance to win. If one if his accounts is eliminated he can use another one and go on playing in the same tournament in a simultaneous way! Is it fair to let him have another account?
3. Somebody has bad ranking in all his 3 accounts and want to reset it (I know there is no ranking now but when it was and if it comes back). Is it fair to let him have another account?
4. There are several social reasons that having a second account can make profit to somebody, like acting like another user identity, cleaning bad reputation within users, interact with himself to get a useless goal.

Most of people that have been banned can say that they did not want to do one of these things, so why did they create another account? I have received messages with lies and really funny made up facts like:

• I created another account because my old account was removed. If you are banned is because you created more than one account.
• I created another account because I did not remember my old account password and I could not login. How many accounts did you created? If you could not login with the old account, it isnt banned, but your new ones are. However there is a Remember Password function that you can use.
• The best ones are the ones with I have a friend that wanted to create an account and I did it for him or My brother also wanted to play. In case you are sharing your IP in the rules is specified that you can share the ingame profiles!

When there is a candidate for being a multiaccount user we are seeing the IP Addresses you are using (they are same), the email accounts they are so similar, the usernames they are really similar, the account creation date (sometimes even some minutes of difference).

For those people that REALLY have only one account and for some reason their IP is blocked they can contact the administration center through the usual channels. 

We are going to create a Support section where people can ask for unban or unwarn but let us have a breath.
