Several people is wondering why their account are not included in the new portal or why the cant log in again with same account. The reasons of the account deletion can be one of the next list:

Having ban in the user account.

Having a warning level greater than 0.

Having a not validated account.

Having a username that contains not allowed characters for usernames. Allowed characters now are uppercase or lowercase alphanumeric characters, underscores, dashes, dots and spaces.

If your old account is no longer active is because one of these reasons. In any case these accounts are going to be migrated because we dont really thing somebody that has been banned or got warning could get an account here. But for not closing the registration process to anybody we let you to create another account.

IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING YOUR ACCOUNTS

People is still complaining about the account migration and that they cannot use their old accounts in the server. Well, about this I have to say that most of user accounts that were not migrated were because of bans, not validated and warnings (nearly 42000 accounts), and only 1400 because of the character limitation.

Mostly people with not validated accounts were not able to play in the server, same with banned people. About accounts with a warning level greater than 0, even if they could play, they have done something to gain that warning so, for us is not really trustfull.

We are going to begin a process were older and better users will get more profit than new users and others like this bunch of people that cannot access their old account.

Of course the player names that you were using are already taken but it is the price you have to pay for not being good trustful users. There is no way to turn back and get your old account, so stop complaining about it.

Something more I will say is the following, directly pointing these players that cant assume their errors. We have work really hard to have this server and mostly people is always ORDERING for more (patches, ranking, etc). On the other hand I have to thank the people that says thanks and appreciate our effort but this is not happening mostly. For the other people Im going to say that if they dont like the server, the procedures taken and the rules they can go and get access to another server because we are not going to change.
