During this weekend the PES6J website has changed several features included in it. These are the changes that you can find along the website:
- Complaints Section: Now there is a complaints section in the Header Menu where you can access the public complaints from other users. These complaints are going to be chosen by the PES6J staff to ensure the are interesting enough for other users.
- Support Section: You can use now the support section to send messages about Problems & Issues, Technical Problems, Unban, Unwarn, etc.
- Design changes: We have been fixing several bugs in the design during the last week. Now most of you should see everything ok and even in Internet Explorer (we have been working on that mostly).
- We have started also anwsering Complaints and Support messages that are arriving to us. Now moderators can access them too, so it will the work now will be faster and easier.
- We have included some bug fixes in the mailbox system.
- Download Section: Even if right now is empty, there you will be able to find the downloads related to PES6J.
- PES6J 7.0 Patch: I know must of you are waiting for it, it will arrive during the next week in the download section. We have it but we have not tested yet. You will receive news sortly about it. Try to be patient we are trying to check everything is ok for not having possible errors later and you can enjoy it! The releasing date is October 29th. That time you will have different servers to connect (as it happend with PES6J 6.0 patch) where players that have not installed can still go on playing.
- We are not machines, try to type in English mostly or use a translator to ensure we understand your problem.
- Use proobs in your complaints like pictures and videos, otherwise you can receive a warning because you are giving a not proobed complaint.
- All the support and complaint messages that we think can help the community will be published in the public area, the other ones will stay as private.
- You can send support and complaint messages through your mailbox, but we have added those links also in the support and complaint public area.

Do not waste your time sending a message if you have really used more than one account. We are receiving messages of people that say that their old account was not working or they forgot their password and they got banned because they have created a new one (but the truth is they have created more than one).
We are helping people that for example made login in a friends computer and now both of them are banned because they have shared the ip address. There is also problems with people sharing a network, for example in student communities, cibercafes. We understand these situations and we raise our hand.
On the other hand we are not going to tolerate any kind of lie about this topic and we are going to be totally severe with bans.
