    He got that server may too busy or router may be restricting connection...

    i had the same problem and was able to fix it by editing my hosts file. this is what it looks like

    94.79.54.208 we9stun.winning-eleven.net
    31.193.132.42 pes6gate-ec.winning-eleven.net
