Forum username of the banned person: MocroStyle
How are you related to that person?: WE played much with eachother.
Reason for getting banned: Insulting
Explanation: Online he insulted a player. He maked it good with him.
Is this his first time being banned?: No the third.
How long has he/she been banned for? Half a year
Link to his/her complaint: Complaint is deleted.

According to the rules of "Unban": http://www.pes6j.net/forum/index.php?topic=3109.0

Third time being banned and asking for unban:
-Minimum 8months being banned
-Must have 30 positive feedback from people agreeing on unbanning him/her, negative feedback also counts, so if someone has 30 positive and 1 negative, that counts as 29 positives, must have 30.
-If the banned person replied in his complaint(search for them in archive), he must had admitted that he cheated, if he disagreed, in other words, if he was lying ,saying he didn't cheat but we knew he did, he cannot ask for unban.

So..."MocroStyle" was banned 3 times & the last was 6 month ago, so..he must wait another 2 months to have the rigth to ask for his "Unban".

Me neither. I don't really know this guy, but I'm only connecting bad thing with his nickname. I'm not sure why he was banned before but being banned 3 times means this would be his fourth chance. I'm a friend of giving people a second chance in case they didn't cheat but some people never seem to learn anything and therefor I wouldn't unban him at any time.

Never said that, all I told him that he's friend needs to make unban topic, whenever he will be unbanned or not, depends on how long he has been banned for and he hasnt been banned long enough.

Thats also because ur dutch, If you know MocroStyle longer you know what he does to get some rating in 1v1, i have said to him tons of time don't do this shits but he will never learn it.
