Hey, this is how I fixed the problem (also worked for my friends).
[Part 1]
1. make a fresh install of PES 6.
2. download the all-in-one patch. (https://rapidshare.com/#!download|3tl5|3090676085|G.T_Online_Patch.rar|821046|R~A20229E3EEDCDE3FCBAC0A9EFDEB8DA0|0|0)
3. open the folder "PES6J KitServer 6.0" and copy "kitserver" folder and paste it into your pes6 folder.
4. open the "ES6J e_text (English Version) 6.0" folder and copy the "e_text" file and paste it into the dat folder in your pes6 folder.
5. open the "PES6J 0_Text 7.0" folder and copy the "0_text" file into the dat folder which is in your pes6 folder.
6. open the "PES6J FacePack 7.0" folder and copy the "faces" and "hair" folders and put them in the GDB folder which is in the pes6 folder then kitserver then you will see the folder GDB, paste the faces and hair folder into here.
7. open the "PES6J Logos 7.0" folder and copy the "unknow_535" and "unknow_536" into the dat folder which is in your pes6 folder.
8. open the "PES6J Uniforms 7.0" folder and copy the "uni" folder and paste it into the GDB folder which is in the kitserver folder.
9. open the "PES6J.Boots 7.0" folder and copy the "boots" folder and paste it into the GDB folder which is in the kitserver folder.
10. open the "PES6J.EXE 7.0" folder and copy the "PES6" file and paste it into your pes6 folder.
if this doesn't work try this!

Download the file and put it in the folder below.
Folder Windows -> System32 -> drivers -> etc -> hosts
once you have done all these steps you are ready to play!
